Five Day Refund/Exchange Policy
At Wheel & Pinions, our top priority is satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason our item falls short of your expectations, please let us know right away so we can address any concerns. You have up to five (5) days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Items Eligible For Refund/Exchange
The following reasons are valid for requesting a refund or exchange:
- The watch condition is different from the description or advertisement.
- The watch is defective or has been damaged.
However, please note the following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Final sale items.
- Items that have been worn and damaged.
- Requested items or specific timepieces that were sourced.
Please note to receive a refund, the item being returned must be in the same condition as it was sold. You must keep all original packaging, and return all items that were included in the original package. It is important to pack your return safely to prevent any damage during reshipment to Wheel & Pinions. If any items are missing from the return shipment, the refund process will be delayed until those items are successfully returned to us.
After receiving your item, it will undergo an inspection to check for any signs of wear or damage that may affect your refund. Once the inspection is complete, the refund process will begin. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. In the rare case that a return package is lost during transit, an insurance claim will be processed. A refund will only be issued once the claim is completed. Please note that Wheel & Pinions does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. Refunds via Bitcoin are permitted. It may take up to three (3) business days for the funds to be credited back to the original account.
